Q: Can I exchange or return purchased products?
A: Every product ordered at is created just for you. Because they are custom made, returned goods cannot be resold and are either donated or thrown away. If we make a mistake, we will send you a replacement or refund your money. If you make a mistake with your order, call us and we will see what we can reasonably do to help you get the shirt you want. Should a mistake arise, we kindly ask that you contact us within 30 days to coordinate an acceptable solution. Please include your order number and a detailed explanation of the problem. Q: Why are so many tees 'sold out'? Will they be put on sale again and when?
A: Because each week, about 3 new designs are published, most of them are sold only for a week, then deleted from the store. Generally speaking, they are not to be sold again, but you can order it to appear in the store using the form at the bottom of the page and it should appear within one day.
Q: How fast will my order be processed and when will it be delivered?
A: 95% of all orders leave us within 48 business hours of receiving the order and payment. Your order will be started during the next business day after payment is received and may take up to two business days to ship. Q: What are the shipping costs?
The shipping costs vary depending on the quantity that you are ordering, the shipping destination, and the shipping method that you select. Get the details here (or here if you're buying in the European store).
Q: What are the washing instructions for my tee?
A: In order to get the most out of your new shirt, you should follow these care instructions:
Washing: inside-out at maximum 30°C
Drying: do not tumble dry
Ironing: also inside-out, at medium heat, without steam (avoid ironing shirts with multiple designs to prevent them from sticking together.)
Cleaning: do not dry clean
